  174. 1.) We try to arrange our members to pickup mail packets to
  175. the closest feed that we carry at the time of your joining. This
  176. makes it less hectic for us, and cheaper for you.
  177.  
  178. 2.) Currently we don't charge any fees for being a WishNet member,
  179. and due to this, we try to make sure that all members get the same fair
  180. opportunity to dial out locally to get their feeds.

  182. 3.) Sometimes, this isn't possible, and you may find that a small
  183. portion of your monies will have to be used to cover LD expenses.
  184. Hopefully, in the future, we will have enough NODES carried, that
  185. this won't happen.

  187. 4.) WishNet HDQ produces a newsletter every two (2) months.  If you or
  188. your users would like to submit an article to be published with the next
  189. edition, it can be netmailed to my WishNet Address of 19:19/1, or the
  190. newsletter node of 19:19/19.
